Amsalu Development, Research, and Training (ADRT) Consulting Services PLC is a legally registered consultancy firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, working with a broad range of national and international NGOs, UN agencies, academic institutions, and consulting firms. While headquartered in Ethiopia, ADRT Consulting operates with a global outlook and reach.

ADRT specializes in providing high-quality consulting services across humanitarian, development, and recovery contexts, focusing on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research, Learning (MEARL), and program quality assurance.

Regional Focus and International Reach

Although established in Ethiopia, ADRT Consulting operates as an international consulting firm, with a core operational focus in East Africa (Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania) and the Middle East (Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Jordan, and Lebanon).

Core Objectives

To manage and coordinate mid-term and final evaluations of projects and programs based on OECD criteria using both qualitative and quantitative research methods for various national and international NGOs and UN organizations.
To lead and coordinate Third party monitoring (TPM), large surveys (baseline, endline, KAP), assessments (MSNA, RNA, Labour Market Needs Assessment, etc.) and other surveys or researches such as market research, value chain analysis, etc. for our partners.
To provide Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and other relevant trainings such as Project Cycle Management (PCM), Data Analysis and Report Writing, etc. and tailored technical support on proposal development, strategic planning, etc. for our partners.
