Monitoring is a continuous or periodic review of project implementation which seeks to establish the extent to which inputs, activities, work schedules, target outputs and other required actions are processing according to plan.

Monitoring

Third Party Monitoring(TPM)

Third Party Monitoring (TPM) is an ongoing process of independently assessing the performance of external partners—including national NGOs, international NGOs, and UN agencies—to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and expectations. TPM involves collecting data through field visits, outcome monitoring surveys, and other monitoring tools to evaluate various aspects of partners' programs and projects. This data is then analyzed, and findings are compiled into comprehensive reports.

The primary goals of TPM are to:

  • Mitigate operational and programmatic risks
  • Assess the progress and quality of project deliverables
  • Ensure accountability and transparency
  • Improve the overall effectiveness of interventions

We provide TPM services to our partners, including national and international NGOs, donors, and UN agencies. Our services support them in understanding the real-time impact of their funding and programming on affected populations and communities, ultimately contributing to more informed decision-making and improved humanitarian and development outcomes.
