Capacity Building/Training

The Founder and Managing Director of ADRT Consulting is a highly experienced and skilled trainer in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) and Project Cycle Management (PCM). His expertise extends to a wide range of training areas, including data analysis and report writing, information and data management, proposal writing, mobile data collection tools (such as SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox, and ODK), and data analysis and visualization tools (including Power BI, SPSS, and Excel).

He has successfully delivered these trainings to program and MEAL teams from both national and international NGOs operating in Ethiopia, South Sudan, Iraq, and Syria—enhancing capacity and strengthening systems for effective program design, implementation, and learning.

ADRT Consulting works with a network of training experts across various technical fields. Together with the Founder, these experts deliver high-quality training sessions for our partners and clients, both in person and through online platforms. In addition to our core training offerings, ADRT Consulting actively identifies emerging training needs in collaboration with our partners. We design and deliver tailored training programs accordingly, often in partnership with national and international consulting firms, to ensure relevance, quality, and impact.
